Donations over $250 have special reporting requirements that we’ll ask you to provide details for.  If you donated $250 or more to our campaign, please click the “Edit Profile” button below and enter your company/employer as well as both your physical AND mailing address (if different).  Without this information our campaign will need to refund your contribution.
